It's a Linux distribution whos main purpose is to give a more friendly platafor for users. In fact, their slogan is "Linux for human beings".
It's free and you can download it in CD or DVD version, and can be installed in many languajges. It also has interesting features, like the fact that you can boot up from the CD without the need to install anything. Very recomended.
